Rory Block’s Gospel & Blues Fest Weekend: Strait Way Ministries Gospel Choir
Traveling up from Utica, Mississippi, The Strait Way Ministries Gospel Choir will be performing a full concert of traditional African American Gospel music on the PS21 stage. Legendary bluesman Robert Johnson was from Mississippi and his grandson Steven Johnson is a member of the choir and longtime friend of Rory Block. The choir includes a band and uplifting, powerful singers.
